What To Expect at Oakhaven During The Pandemic
Worship at the Barn
Our Worship Service begins at our normal time of 10:30
We have made the decision to cancel the 9:30 Bible classes at this time and re-evaluate in September.
Our coffee bar will be closed until further notice.
At Oakhaven, we are doing our best to follow the CDC guidelines. We are requesting everyone to wear a mask at all times while inside the building. We will have both disposable and reusable masks at the entrance, as well as hand sanitizer available throughout the building.
Our chairs are set up in groups of 1 to 6 six chairs, with 6 feet between groups. When you enter the building, please choose a group of chairs that closely fits your group size.
We will continue to have Kids Own Worship available during the service.
Oakhaven has always been a place of fellowship, and we encourage you hang out after service and socialize. However, we do ask that you practice social distancing and do it outside.
We all have our opinions on what we this and is not necessary, but we encourage you think about your brothers and sisters. It's not always about our own comfort, but the comfort of those around us.
Our 10:30 Worship Service is streamed live on YouTube every Sunday. You can click here or go to the "Resources" tab at the top of the page to get to our YouTube page. Please subscribe to get notifications of new content.
If you tune in at 10:30, you will see and hear everything going on at the barn live. We will have recorded music playing so you can sing along with us. Have communion ready, and you can share in communion with us as well. Due to the sometimes private nature of prayer, we will mute the audio during the community prayer. This also makes it a special time for you to voice your own prayers.
Don't worry if you miss the 10:30 service. It will continue to be available online as well as past services. Again, for the sake of privacy, all content except the sermon portion of the service will be removed after approximately 24 hour.
If you would like to listen to just the audio, you can find links to that on the "Resources" page above.
